I am dedicated to providing you with the best service I can offer.  With that in mind, I have tiered my turnaround times and charges to meet with your needs and budgets.

4 day plus turnaround

3 day turnaround

2 day turnaround

1 day turnaround

Same day turnaround

You simply tell me: Same, 1, 2, 3 or 4 and I will do the rest. 

Turnaround times are from receipt of work during office hours.

The above is for office hours 9.00 am to 5.30 pm, so please bear in mind when sending something for Same day return, you allow me sufficient time to complete the work.

I am also happy to work evenings and weekends by arrangement and am happy to be flexible so that you can meet your deadlines.

Out of off hours

In by 5.30 pm back by 9.30 am, are charged on a per dictated minute basis.

Weekends and Bank Holidays

Are charged on a per dictated minute basis.

Interviews

Police Transcription Interviews (PACE) are charged on a per dictated minute basis.

Verbatim transcription of interviews with two people speaking are charged on a per dictated minute basis.

Proof Reading and Administration

An hourly rate is charged of £20.00.
